Whether you seek one image to match your existing website or an entire
suite of graphics, you are welcome to email
Geolor's Exclusive Graphic Designs to discuss a design that will suit
your needs. Time estimates and an hourly rate will be stated in a reply
to your inquiry.
When Geolor's Exclusive Graphic Designs is commissioned to begin designing
a project, customers are invoiced for a down payment equal to one-half
the estimated project fee before any work begins.
If a design project takes less time than estimated the final payment will
be adjusted to reflect this.
Free sample previews are not an option.
When an final invoice is sent to a client, a detailed Task Log detailing
time spent and what has been done to complete the project is also emailed.
Client Input: Graphic design projects require considerable input
from the client and an ongoing communication in order to get the design
"just right" and the way a person wants it. This is done by ongoing emails
and occasionally by phone.
Intermediate previews are frequently sent at various stages of completion
in order to verify that a particular font, color or embellishments meet
with a client's approval. A large geolor.com imprint will be on all previews
made available. This imprint will not appear on a customer's final images.
This avoids spending a lot of time rendering an entire image where the
end result might be a request to change for example a font which in turn
affects the rest of the design elements and how they are positioned.
If after viewing previews a client should decide to abandon the original
design that was commissioned in favor of rendering an entirely new image
or page layout, additional time spent to modify an existing project or
to begin one anew, will be billed at the current hourly rate.
If after viewing previews a client should decide not to work with me on
revisions but rather scratch the entire project and, if time has been
spent designing graphic elements and/or writing code for web pages, then
the down payment is not refunded.
A detailed Task Log is still sent to the customer detailing time spent
and what has been done to date.
Delivery of a Design: When final payment has been made then a zip
file that includes all .jpg and .gif images, as well as any .HTML web
pages that have been commissioned by the customer, is sent via email.
Original Adobe PhotoShop .psd files are not sent to clients unless these
file formats have been requested prior to beginning the design process
in which case the cost of the project will be higher then the current
hourly rate.
Refunds: Once a graphic design has been paid for and delivered
to a customer, payment for images and services is not refundable.
Any accidental omissions of images from a zip file or text errors on graphics
or web pages on my part will be corrected at no additional cost.
